I have approximately 13 years of experience in system development. I have broad experience in all stages of development, from upstream processes such as customer negotiation, design, development, production release, operation, and maintenance, to downstream processes. I lived in Japan for 11 years from 2009 to 2020, gaining an understanding of Japanese culture and business practices, and I worked on-site with many major corporate clients, collaborating on software system development.

How to get started with offshore development in Vietnam, specifically lab-style development.
1. Sign an NDA At the start of the project, we first ask you to share information about the product to be developed, source code, and server so that our development team can understand the situation. To that end, we will first require you to sign an NDA.
2. Determine the number of developers and team structure required. We will discuss and decide together what specific skill sets each member should have, how many members they should be, and what the team structure should be.
3. Online video conference kickoff When we conduct lab-style development at our company, we always start with a kickoff meeting via video conference. During this meeting, we introduce ourselves to each other and discuss your company's vision for the product, product overview, future goals, and expectations for the development team.
4. Decision on whether to continue with lab-based development. Before the trial period ends, you will need to decide whether to continue the lab-type development contract. If you decide to continue, development will proceed as planned.
